Native American Tribal Card Discount Program - Please Read

Talisman offers discounts to Native Americans with a tribal cards or other proof of enrollment, and to tribal entities and educational programs. 

The discount is 25% off strands of beads, excluding seed beads.   The collections that count for the discount end in exclamation points (!).  No minimum purchase.
